Threads Sculpture Rhombus by Sandra Ovalle.
It is a skeleton in the shape of a rhombus, a convex figure, which transfers a surface of different heights, to which we give the final shape when spinning all the pieces that come together from different points, with the same perfect base in dimensions. The predominant colors are, at the base is an intense pink stick spun in different layers with mixtures of threads that of silks, cotton and metal threads in silver, which is the final layer, a combination of bright silk threads, mars red color or blood, which together with the metallic threads gives a sensation of a visual Jaspe. This piece represents the color Jaspe and the technique Jaspe or Ikat, that are changes of color and technique.

Decorative art object that manages to deflect the eye from a square plane that, when joined to other lateral triangular surfaces of different heights, create a sensation of three-dimensional movement. That when spun, changes the property and reveals not only the fabric but the texture of the piece. Its predominant colors are a skeleton or base of graphite metallic gray, with woven threads, with predominantly red and yellow colors at its base, combined with silk and cotton threads in silver and gold. In the final layer, the bases that have brown colors are combined with gold colors and the bases that have red color, with silver threads. A change of pace is created in disorder with a layer of gold and silver metallic threads

We create a geometrical figure, perfect and simple, with different heights to its main structure, a yarn with bases of different colors, producing rhythms that likewise generate another surface. The predominant colors are yellow, brown, green, and blue in silks and cottons with brightness, combined with gold and silver threads. It has an upper layer that is based on a gray color in silk combined with silver and gold threads, mixed with blue. Because of the form that this last layer is woven, we can appreciate a geometrical figure in three dimensions that does not exist.
