Born in Guatemala, Graduated as an Architect and MBA from Francisco Marroquin University, Pietro joined in 2016 and is part of the next generation from Piegatto that adds dynamism and new ideas to the growth of the brand.
He is passionate about reading, studying languages and cultures.
His inspiration for designs is based in nature, and the parametric logic behind its patterns. He believes that every good design must understand the functionality of ergonomics and human nature, regardless of scale and use. For him the best designs are the ones that bring tension to space. A hidden force that can be represented by structure, color or materials and that is not easily legible but is tacit to its functionality and doesn’t have any meaning without it.
